Located on the provincial road between Putignano and Conversano, this villa is in a strategic spot just 3 km from the Castellana Caves and Putignano, 7 km from the iconic Trulli of Alberobello, and 20 km from the stunning beaches of Monopoli, both public and private.



This 100 sqm apartment accommodates up to 14 guests in 4 bedrooms—2 quadruple and 2 triple rooms. There is a main bathroom, an ensuite in one bedroom, and a bathroom by the pool area with 2 indoor showers, plus 2 additional outdoor showers by the pool. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. All windows feature mosquito screens. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TVs are available in every bedroom.



Outside, relax in the garden furnished with tables, chairs, armchairs, loungers, and sunbeds, and enjoy the outdoor pool in summer. In winter, the pool is covered for a unique atmosphere. You can also prepare meals using the private barbecue and grill.



On-site parking is available. Pets (up to 3) are welcome. Events are not permitted. Additional services such as babysitting and airport shuttle are available for an extra fee. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request. Fishing tourism experiences and boat or motorboat excursions to explore the beautiful coast can also be booked.
