Holiday Home “Maison Agréable 30 Minutes from Puy du Fou” with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi
Located in La Seguignère, this 130 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and private bathroom, plus 4 additional bedrooms with 140x190 beds and two more bathrooms. A travel cot is available for little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer.
Outside, relax in a garden divided into three areas: a dining space with a large table, a shaded lounge area with seating, and a play area featuring a ping-pong table and 5 sun loungers. The terrace offers a pergola, parasol, and barbecue for outdoor meals.
You have access to 2 street parking spaces. One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed. The garden can be secured with a roll-down curtain for children's safety.
The house is 25 minutes from Puy du Fou park, 1 hour from the beaches of Les Sables d’Olonne, and close to outlet stores for shopping at Marques Avenue.
English is spoken for international guests.
