Located on the second floor of a typical Tuscan building without an elevator, this cozy space blends exposed beams with Provençal style, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.



The studio is carefully arranged for your comfort: a comfortable double bed and two armchairs that convert into beds when needed, a modern kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, and a coffee machine with capsules and hot drinks like coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and tea. The spacious bathroom features a large shower, sink, toilet, and bidet shower.



Included amenities: TV, hairdryer, iron, bed and bath linens, tablecloths, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, and shower gel. The kitchen is stocked with oil, salt, and sugar for your meals. Two air conditioners (hot/cold) ensure a pleasant temperature year-round.
