This stunning Villa, can house up to 16 people which makes it a perfect place if you're having a family reunion or a get together of friends. This villa, once part a of a medieval monastery, is being completely renovated this year in a way that outfits it with all the modern amenities that you might require while at the same time maintaining all the old world charm . Villa has not one but 2 kitchens situated on the ground floor, these kitchens are completely equipped.
The house has three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the second floor. There also a large living room with a pullout sofa downstairs in the area of the villa that was a guest apartment however connected to the house internally. Also, on the ground floor there is also a larger formal living room that opens onto the front terrace which has views over the vineyard and extend to Florence, a majestic view of the city. The dining room also has a fireplace and a arch seperates this room formal the formal living area. Also one double size bedroom is on this level in a private and quiet location of the house. A bathroom with shower , toilet and hand basin and a separate smaller kitchen with access to the pool and a second terrace with dining table . Upstairs is a 3rd living room that is in the center of the house. There is the master double blu bedroom, a smaller double bedroom, a laundry , another large double bedroom with single bed also , a 4th bedroom with 2 large double beds and ensuite full bathroom , and a fifth double bedroom with french style bed. A second full bathroom is off the living area so is handy for all the bedrooms and both bathrooms have screens and showers . Both recently re modeled. Incredible views form all the bedrooms.

There are also tables outside the kitchen for outdoor dining and also on the terrace near the pool. there are actually two terraces with wonderful views.

You can walk through the forest , your grounds are private surrounding the villa and pool. You can even walk to a restaurant which is located in a beautiful historic villa close by.
The local area offers everything from outdoor activities, horse riding, museums and castles, cooking school ,water parks, many restaurants small towns, pizzerias and gelato , bars , pastries, shopping , supermarkets , trains, trekking paths and biking.
At 2kms is a train station that connects to Pisa and Florence plus other local areas. All major highways . Fabulous location to explore all of Tuscany.
