Cosy single-family house "Sandra", renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Brzac 14 km from the centre of Malinska, 14 km from the centre of Krk, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 530 m2 (fenced) with natural garden. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1.7 km, ferry "Valbiska" 8 km, shingle beach 1.3 km, concrete beach 2.5 km. Please note: airfield 29 km from the property.
3-room house 56 m2. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower. Forced-air heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi).
