Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. In der Wohnung ist soweit alles vorhanden bis auf zwei Kritikpun..

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. In der Wohnung ist soweit alles vorhanden bis auf zwei Kritikpunkte. Erster Punkt: Wir waren jetzt zum Jazzfestival Juni / Juli 2026 in der Wohnung Aussentemeraturen waren um die 36 - 38 Grad Celsius und in der Wohnung zwischen 27 - 29 Grad Celsius da keine Klimaanlage oder Lüftung vorhanden ist. Wünschenswert wäre ein Deckenventilator mit guter Leistung über dem Bett! Zweiter Punkt: In der Küche soweit alles vorhanden, allerdings ein Frischbackbrötchen oder anderes lässt sich in der Mikrowelle leider nicht so einfach machen, da wäre ein normaler Backofen besser!

Wir (Ehepaar) haben uns in den 3 Woche (über Weihnachten/Neujahr) in dem gemütlichen sauberen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Tolle Lage mit vielen Einkaufmöglichkeiten, guter Busanbindung sowie eine gute Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. Würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
