Cozy, quiet vacation apartment by the city forest - 7 min to the beach

The apartment is located on the quiet Dünenstraße, directly opposite Lindenpark. A short seven-minute walk through the city woods takes you to the sea: after just a few steps on the Damenbadsteig, the blue of the Baltic Sea sparkles before your eyes.

A wide range of shops and restaurants can be found along Strandstraße, just a short distance away.

Enjoy the incredible peace and quiet of the rear building, which is located in the garden.
The vacation apartment has a separate entrance. Relax on the large sofa, in the reading corner, or in the bathtub.

IMPORTANT!
This is an attic apartment with many sloping ceilings. Some photos show the room height.

Despite its location under the roof, the cool sea breeze ensures that it does not get too warm in summer.

If you want more than just the sea, there are many other options in the surrounding area: tennis courts (directly opposite our house), a climbing forest, mini golf, a cinema and beach chair cinema, a concert garden, a walk in the ghost forest or along the cliffs, a trip on the Molli (historic railway), to name but a few.

You can park for free in the courtyard. Wi-Fi is also included.

A bed linen and towel package can be booked for an additional charge. Just let us know if you would like this.

A tourist tax is charged in addition to the accommodation price. This is €3.00 per person per night in the high season (May 1 to September 30) and €1.60 per person per night in the low season. Children/young people under the age of 16 and persons with a degree of disability of 100 and their accompanying persons are exempt from the tourist tax.
