Located in the heart of UzĂšs, this beautiful 80 mÂČ apartment welcomes up to 4 guests on the second floor (no elevator). There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV; the other smaller, with two beds that can be joined into a double, wardrobe, and TV. The bathroom features a double sink and bathtub; the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen includes induction hobs, fridge with water dispenser, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and juicer. Air conditioning is in the living room, fans are available in the bedrooms, and Wi-Fi and TVs are throughout the apartment.
The bedrooms and dining area offer stunning views of the Eure Valley, while the living room overlooks the Racine pavilion. The entrance, bathroom, and kitchen have views over UzĂšsâ rooftops.
A shared underground parking space is available opposite the building (limited access for large SUVs). Up to one pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. An electric vehicle charging station is available in front of the buildingâs entrance for shared use.
