STYLISH "LOFT" HOUSE, SPA, WIFI, NEAR THE BEACH
Located above the sandy Trestraou Beach in Perros-Guirec, this holiday home sits in a quiet residential area. Water activities and shops are within walking distance, less than 1 km away. Fully renovated in 2015, the house offers about 100 m² of bright, comfortable living space with a modern loft design.
The spacious living room features an LED TV and foosball table, opening onto a lovely southwest-facing wooden terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, and combination microwave. Two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed) each have their own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity. There is also a separate WC with washbasin and a laundry room with washing machine.
A spa for 5 people is available in the summer annex, with an adjoining shower room. The fenced garden (approx. 200 m²) has a gate and parking space. Two wooden terraces, facing south and southwest, are furnished with tables, six chairs, two loungers, and a rattan bench with coffee table.
You will find both a charcoal and an electric barbecue. Underfloor heating is provided by a heat pump, with radiators in the bathrooms. The house also features a thermodynamic water heater and smart lighting.
Please note: The spa is closed from mid-November until the April holidays. Cleaning, bed linen, and bath towels are available for an extra charge.
