This apartment embodies the industrial charm that Leipzig once had in some of its areas.

The two rooms can accommodate up to 5 people.
There is a bedroom with two double beds available for them. The beds in the spacious bedroom are visually separated by a sliding curtain, providing a bit of privacy. A sleeper sofa in the living room is available for those who prefer to sleep separately or for a fifth guest.
Thanks to its location in the backyard, it’s sufficiently dark here at night. For security, the windows are also equipped with blackout curtains.

In addition to the bedroom, the apartment features a large room where the entryway, kitchen, and living room are connected.
These areas have been divided into smaller sections.
The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking.
It also includes an oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

Towels are provided for every guest in the apartment.

A travel cot can be provided upon request, and a high chair and children’s tableware are also available.

We also provide coffee and tea.
