Holiday home near the sea in Latour-Bas-Elne, on the edge of a small village, offering spacious 65m² apartments for up to 4 guests. Each apartment features two large bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a large living room with sofa bed and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Baby kit available on request only. Free Wi-Fi.
Monthly rentals possible after a prior visit and meeting. Individual electricity and water meters are already installed.
The apartment is part of a large architect-designed villa, with a private entrance and access to a 3,000m² shared garden reserved for guests. The building contains five identical, independent apartments.
On the ground floor: one bedroom with double bed and large closet, fully equipped open kitchen, four large fans, dining and living area with double sofa bed, TV, and a bay window opening onto an outdoor space with garden furniture, parasol, private mobile barbecue, and private mobile drying rack.
Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds and closet, a mezzanine with wooden floor and double sofa bed.
You must leave the property clean at the end of your stay. No cleaning service is provided; cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are available. Bed linen rental is not available. Rental contract required. A security deposit is requested and will be returned at departure.
