Welcome to our comfortable holiday rental “Strandglück”—your cosy holiday home on Wangerooge, right by the beach. This modern 2.5-room apartment, completely renovated in 2025, can accommodate up to two people and is ideal for couples or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Just a few minutes’ walk and you’re at the beach!

You’ll start your day off on a relaxed note with a holiday breakfast. In your mind, you’re already packing your beach bag or your backpack for a walk on the beach. Since the apartment is less than 300 m from the beach, you can relax on the island’s spacious, beautiful beach in just a 3-minute walk. After a day at the beach, enjoy the refreshing North Sea air on the west-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the pond garden—it’s the perfect way to wind down your day.

The open-concept, cosy yet spacious living and dining area features a high-quality corner sofa, a modern 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a dining area. A wonderful place to spend time together, watch TV, or read.

In the modern open kitchen, you can easily prepare small snacks for an outing or delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-zone induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. A spacious closet offers plenty of storage space. There is also a functional coat rack in the hallway.

After a day spent enjoying the fresh North Sea air, you can unwind in peace in the elegant bathroom and enjoy a refreshing shower. It also features a sink, toilet, and a lighted, heated mirror, and offers plenty of shelf and storage space for your toiletries and cosmetics.

Our “Strandglück Holiday Rental” is also ideal for people with allergies. The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain vinyl planks in an oak finish. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

A relaxing holiday in a prime island location!

Welcome to “Haus Anton-Günther-Straße 16,” a well-maintained apartment building in a prime location—quiet, close to the beach, and centrally located. The location of your accommodation is one of the most desirable on Wangerooge, as it combines proximity to the beach with tranquility and direct access to the western part of the island with its beautiful dunes. Wangerooge’s beautiful beach is just a three-minute walk away. The island village, with its shopping options (supermarkets), bakeries, small shops, and restaurants, is only about 360 metres away (about a 4–5-minute walk).

The house is located very close to the beach promenade. Here you can take a leisurely stroll, stop by one of the cafés, and enjoy a fantastic view of the North Sea. The Teichgarten, a green oasis ideal for a walk or a relaxing break, is also right nearby.

A holiday on Wangerooge means long days swimming at the beach, bike rides through the dunes, and wonderful walks along the beach at sunset. There’s also plenty of variety with many recreational activities, such as the “Oase” swimming pool, the National Park Centre, or the island cinema.
