Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this 42 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen and a TV (screen sharing via your mobile). For families, a baby bed and high chair are available to rent on request, as well as shared toys and books.



Enjoy your private uncovered terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The shared garden features a heated outdoor pool for your relaxation. Active guests will appreciate the shared playground, table tennis, billiards, and sports equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on site. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking allows one car per accommodation. Laundry facilities are available for an extra fee.



You can rent mountain bikes on site for a half or full day. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Private use of the pool is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note that video and audio recording is in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the accommodation and shared spaces.
