As the flat was used by the owner family themselves before the renovation, it is furnished to a high standard and suitable for children for a relaxing stay. Due to its location on the upper floor, which is also the top floor of the house, the interior is somewhat larger and has a very cosy feel. The holiday accommodation is divided into two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge area and flat-screen TV, a separate kitchen-diner and a bathroom with a corner bath and WC. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, which are set up next to each other as a double bed. The sleeping area is always surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is also a cot/baby bed in one of the bedrooms. The heart of the flat is the friendly living room, decorated in warm colours. Here you can relax and socialise on a U-shaped lounge area after a day out. The flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment in the evening. There is also a free Internet connection via WLAN. From the living room, you can access the balcony through an external door, allowing plenty of natural light to pleasantly illuminate the interior. In the separate fitted kitchen, you can prepare your own meals using a cooker with four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In front of the corner kitchen, four people can enjoy a meal together. A high chair is also available.
End the evening with your loved ones on the balcony. You can conveniently park your car on the property directly in front of the entrance.

A hike to the Elster spring or to the Hochstein in the natural surroundings takes about an hour. The A4 motorway junction is about 5 kilometres away. In addition to the picturesque landscape and Saxon castles, the central location is also ideal for day trips. The state capital Dresden is approx. 45 kilometres away. Bautzen is 30 kilometres away. Day trips to Prague or Berlin are both approx. 180 km away.
