This holiday apartment renovated in 2016 is just ten metres from the beach, in a village surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape. It is on the ground floor of a private house with a total of four apartments and looks out directly towards the sea. The house the owner lives in is the last in the village Koromačano, which is on the sea coast and is surrounded by Mediterranean forests and goat trails to hidden bays with pebbled and rocky beaches.
The house has a shared terrace with a table in front of the main entrance. The apartment has a car parking space.
The 50m² apartment was renovated in 2016 and is suitable for five people. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The windows are all fitted with fly screens. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The air-conditioned living room includes a dining space and a folding sofa as a further bed for one person. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, espresso pot and a kettle, but no dishwasher. The tiled bathroom has a shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine, which guests can use free of charge.
Owing to the location, the beach is right on the doorstep. The surrounding beaches are pebbled or rocky and the sea is crystal clear and clean. There are also many paths leading to hidden and relatively pristine beaches. Koromačano is a little village with small apartment buildings and single-family houses. It has a little grocery shop, a post office and a bar. Larger shops and supermarkets can be found in Labin 18km away, about a 20-minute drive. In Koromačano there is one of the most modern cement works, but which should not disturb your holiday in any way, as proven by the many tourists who return every year.
