Timeless is beautifully decorated home that is just minutes away from the beach and directly across from the West side pool. This spacious home features large porches on both the first and second floors that include swings, rockers, and outdoor dining areas. The first floor includes a Master king bedroom with fireplace and a private bath (shower only) with dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds and with separate vanity/sink areas in the room, share a Jack and Jill full bath. The second floor opens onto a large living area with a fireplace, dining table for ten, a fully-equipped kitchen with access to a side balcony porch, as well as an additional queen bedroom and full bath. Up the spiral staircase, there is a cozy loft area with a daybed. A few more steps up and you can enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets from the open tower deck. Extras include a washer/dryer and outdoor shower.

For additional room, the guest house, Time Out of Time, VRBO# 570284 may also be rented as a 1-bedroom cottage.

* 7 night minimum Fourth of July | 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been to Seaside for about 7-8 years. Every visit has been perfect. Homeowner's Collection always has the houses ready to go and absolutely beautiful! Timeless and Time Out of Time are a great location for a family as the kids can ride their bikes around the circle as we sit on the front porch. Not a heavy traffic area and not within hearing distance of the 30A noise, this is our happy place. We also have the swimming pool across the street which is the stopping place on the way back from the beach. If we are going to the beach - we are going to Seaside!

Some of the furniture wasn’t in the best condition but that’s to be expected in a rental house, I suppose.
