The Tropical Duplex is a comfortably appointed living space with attention to detail to ensure an unforgettable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find an air-conditioned living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, with a sofa bed for two (with a quality Simmons 140x200 mattress) and two bunk beds (90x190 with 15 cm thick mattresses), ensuring optimal rest. The large south-facing covered terrace offers partial sea views, creating a peaceful atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate. Upstairs, the large air-conditioned master bedroom welcomes visitors with a splendid view of the Étang d'Ingril and its pink flamingos, next to a bathroom with shower (90x90) and separate toilet, underlining the perfect combination of comfort and nature.
Outside, the residence boasts a large, secure swimming pool reserved exclusively for residents, open from 15 June to 15 September and supervised by a lifeguard in July and August. You can also enjoy private access to the beach, just 150 metres away, through a gate secured by a digital code. This outdoor area is ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the pleasures of the water with ease and safety.
