Experience authentic Santa Fe in this one bedroom (1000 square foot) casita located in the historic Guadalupe district. It is optimally situated next to the Railyard District, the burgeoning new hub of the city, and not far from the Plaza. Whether you would like to take the Railrunner to Albuquerque to view Balloon Fiesta, the scenic train to Lamy, ski, mountain bike go to the opera, shop in the open air market, visit the art galleries, dine in traditional New Mexican fashion, or much more; you are not far away.

Enjoy living in a traditional adobe with vigas, latillas, nichos, and a spacious portal to bring the outdoors in. It has a large bathroom featuring Mexican tile, a large spa tub, and shower. It is decorated in typical Santa Fe style allowing a relaxing, introspective stay with two outdoor courtyards and four skylights. You won’t miss out on the modern conveniences with a 40 inch LED HDTV, blueRay player, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Sling (ESPN, CNN, HGTV, etc.), AppleTV, high speed internet, iPod speaker system throughout, iPod docking alarm clock, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a luxurious queen size bed and sleeper sofa.

Guide book for guests available in casita and online. Owner/manager available for recommendations of local activities, and will stock casita, for arrival with groceries, for additional fee.

Lovely spot near many of Danta Fe’s charming spots. The host was very communicative and we greatly appreciated her. We were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful for being so close to the market and other attractions.

The Casita was outstanding! Great location. Private, secure courtyard. Covered outdoor seating. Loved the large closet with twin luggage racks. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop, refrigerator and oven. Great base for a few days in Santa Fe.

The Casita was a delightful, artfully presented oasis in Santa Fe! The Railyard district and the downtown square were very easy walks and access to Rte. 84 made excursions easy. The rental was very well equipped and furnished. We'll be back...

This is one of the nicest vrbos we have stayed at in our travels. So nice, in fact, we did very little sightseeing and preferred our little getaway! The decor is lovely and themed for the area. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Great property! The lock box was difficult to get at (high on the front gate) as was the house lock (unusual routine to follow) but after we got in, we just locked the gate into the property and felt perfectly safe. Very clean. Perfect location - so close to restaurants we liked as well as Railyard and even Plaza. Parking was covered and roomy enough so you didn’t have to squeeze in unlike many units in Santa Fe. The backyard was great for barbecuing but the railing was very loose/dangerous. We brought a little portable gas one as theirs was charcoal) and we ate on the front patio several times. Bed was comfy. Closet was great - room to unpack suitcases right there. We had a little problem setting up the TV (we aren’t techies!) and the owner came over within a couple of hours to do it for us. Living room couch was firm but that’s to be expected as it was a sleeper couch. Kitchen was well equipped, appliances were fine but counter space was limited as you can see in pictures. Laundry was in closet in bedroom but full size and easy to operate. All in all, great spot!
