Unwind and revitalize in this renovated oasis! The bedroom has a luxurious king bed; simply slide the modern barn doors for privacy and enjoy the wall mounted TV! This third-floor unit has a fully equipped kitchen with Quartz countertops, all full-size stainless-steel appliances for your cooking needs. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! Enjoy your evenings on the private balcony overlooking the beach and take in sounds of the ocean. This condo is oceanfront and located in the heart of the Isle of Palms with private access to the beach, pool, and the fishing pier, along with shops and restaurants nearby.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Room was as stated, clean and well organized. Only disappointment was the bunks in hall are very small. I would only count on the bunks for toddlers. No elevator so not handy getting things to your room on 3rd floor. Beach was close and pool was great!

Reviewer Comments: we loved this little place. the water was really hot and all 4 of us could shower. the location is great and the view was nice. it was around $1500 including all the fees for a 4 night stay. for that price, the sleeping conditions were ruff. the pull out couch/bed and hallway mattress were literally torture to sleep on.

Nice unit in disrepair and in need of a deep cleaning.

Lousy when the bed frame is broken ( cobbled together previously clearly by the stack of 2 X 4’s underneath it. Left us not sleeping last two nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in the Sea Cabins for almost 15 years and they never disappoint! This condo was beautifully updated, and felt more spacious with the added island and king size bed! The flooring was a nice touch for the feet! It’s also the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t have a musky smell, as the units are older and can have a damp smell when entering. The extra seating in the balcony was perfect for our family to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast at, and enjoy the gorgeous view! We will be back, and hope to book this condo again in the future!

Not a Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a condo 326B managed by Island Reality. First the experience dealing with management company was fine. We selected this condo due a King bedroom and view for which we paid more. Once getting there we saw the king bed was stuffed into a space more suited for a queen for full bed. It almost went from wall to wall and my wife who has medical issues had a rough time getting in and out. Additionally the foot of the bed was higher than the head. So we slept on an incline. The wall plug has only one plug working. The air conditioning went out. It took about an hour before a maintenance man arrived to repair the unit. A couple lights were out. The worst was that after a rain the parking lot was flooded. Guests had to wade to their cars in ankle deep water over many days. Street parking was costly. The town let guests with stickers park for free in the day but not in the evening which is when it was needed. We left a day early though paid for that extra day. Needless to say we will not be returning and I suspect the same for other guests who had to wade through water for a couple days
