This holiday apartment of around 100m² for 12 people is on the upper floor of the holiday house by Lake Balaton (southern shore) in Hungary, just 200 metres from the public beach.

The apartment is surrounded by an 870m² enclosed garden with a lawn, flowers and bushes. The enormous outdoor pool area is unique, measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with a whirlpool. Children can enjoy a slide, swing and sandpit. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a grll. The outdoor area is for shared use.

The house has two apartments. Your apartment is on the upper floor. The entrance is accessed up external stairs. The apartment has gas central heating. There are four bedrooms, two each with a double bed and the other two each with three or four single beds. The American kitchen includes a dining space, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and a separate WC. There is cable TV. An air conditioning unit is available.

This beautiful holiday accommodation is at the heart of Zamardi, just 200 metres from the famous three-kilometre-long public beach.

The whole house was fully newly renovated in March 2012. It is accessed along a side street. One pet up to 10kg is allowed.
