The stylish and modern kitchen tempts you to cook up a culinary feast, while the luxurious sideboard with granite worktop can be used to prepare delicious meals. In the same spacious room is the dining area with a large dining table and stylish modern furnishings, as well as a cosy living area for a cheerful get-together, including TV.

Adjacent to the living room on the ground floor is a large terrace, a barbecue area, a garden and the swimming pool. The pool and the grounds can be romantically illuminated at night. The living area on the ground floor leads directly onto the large covered terrace with dining table and a comfortable summer lounge seating area. Whether you are enjoying a coffee during the day or a glass of wine in the evening, the terrace offers a direct view of the luxurious turquoise-coloured pool. The floor around the pool consists of a harmonious stone mosaic. The ground floor is surrounded by a beautiful veranda, a well-tended lawn and a barbecue area.
