Located in West Panama City Beach, FL, 32413, this beautifully updated Bonita Beach Condo on second floor, unparalleled luxury with comfort. From the tongue and groove ceiling in the family room to engineered wood and tile floors throughout, this home was designed to offer a respite for those seeking relaxation and fun. The interior renovations are modern, clean and fresh. The furnishings are coastal grays and whites with natural linens, leathers and woods set the coastal resort decor. Attention to detail without compromising comfort was key in choosing the furnishings to make the accommodations relaxing and enjoyable while vacationing on The World's Most Beautiful Beaches.

The well equipped kitchen is complete with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, real wood cabinets, honed granite and a center island for prep work and additional seating. The dining area with large farm table is accommodating and overlooks the beaches. The living area has comfy sofas, chairs and a complete home theater set-up including flat screen TV, surround sound audio and blu-ray DVD player. Master bathroom has tiled walk-in shower with glass surround, granite countertops, real wood cabinets, water closet and walk-in closet. Guest bathrooms have tiled tub/showers, Danze fixtures, real wood cabinets and granite countertops. Every bedroom has luxurious Simmons mattresses (made to order in the Simmons factory), bead-board ceilings, a flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD player.

The expansive Trex deck, windows and patio door enhance the beauty of enjoying the coastal views and sunsets. The counter topped railing makes it easy to enjoy outdoor beverages and dining. The second floor unit in a two story building is on the beach with just one set of stairs to reach the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico of Northwest Florida. And, for a change of pace, there is an on-site pool. For those seeking comfort and luxury, this is the place for you.

Bonita Beach is a smoke free resort. Smoking is not permitted on premises. No smoking on balcony or inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the beach.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as before. Thank you for a relaxing escape away. Already miss the view and sound of the waves. It was truly one of the best places we have stayed! The condo was furnished beautifully and comfortably, but the real star was the view! It was literally steps to the beach from the balcony. My favorite thing was waking up before the rest of the crew and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee every morning. It was so relaxing!The condo has pretty much everything you need for an easy stay. The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, dishes and every knick-knack to be able to cook with while there.

Our whole family loves to stay in this beautiful but uncrowded area of the beach. It's so much easier than high rises that involve elevators, long treks to the beach and too many people. Condo is well equipped and perfect for 3 couples with privacy bedrooms and baths. We love the beautiful view, convenience, and the huge balcony. The kitchen is big and easy for cooking with all the things. The sunsets are gorgeous here.

It was a pleasure having you and your daughter as guests. Bonita Beach Condo in PCB is ideally located in a less congested area of Laguna Beach just 2.3 miles West of Pier Park. The convenience of being directly on the beach and being able to park at the front door with out having to wait for elevators makes the stay all that more enjoyable. Beautiful property

David was great to work with we had all of our information for check in and it was quick and easy. The property is perfect your right on the beach and the neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. The balcony was great to drink coffee and watch dolphins swim by. If you are looking for a family friendly relaxing spot in the beach this property is perfect. We have been coming to Bonita Beach for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. You are steps from the beach and minutes away from great food and shopping! Breath of Fresh Sea Air

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! The highlight was definitely the balcony — the views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset.The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy furniture and thoughtful touches throughout.The owner was fantastic to work with — very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay.
