This is unit #103 at Largo Mar Condominium. A three bedroom three story townhome directly on the beach and just steps from the pool. The townhome was totally renovated in May 2021. The pantry is well stocked with small kitchen appliances of every sort. While, the kitchen cabinets are stocked with an array of dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's even a cordless vacuum for quick clean up of the white washed beach wood floors.
The living room and each bedroom have larger smart TVs with Xfinity cable. The WiFi offers 2.4 and 5.0 GHz. band widths. There's a gas grill on the front patio by the kitchen. Parking is directly in front of the unit for one vehicle, with first come basis guest parking along the perimeter. Parking permits are required. No boats or trailers are allowed at Largo Mar.
To formally book this condo, each guest must be 25 years of age or older or accompanied by parents who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period and would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the rental manager, as proper identification. Be sure to include the number of adults and the number of children 0-17 years of age when inquiring.
Each reservation will incur a 3% admin fee for domestic issued cards or 5% for NON-US issued cards to cover online payment handling which is added to the quote at time of reservation.
Booking requests are not instant bookings, but do place a 24 hour hold on the requested dates which allows for a 24 hour response from the property manager to confirm or decline the reservation request. No charges are made until a reservation is confirmed. Reservations are reviewed M-F between 9 AM - 5 PM Central Time. Inquiries made after hours or on weekends will be responded to the next business day.
