It is about 1200 meters from the nearest beaches, allowing you to reach them on foot in just 10 minutes. The house is finished with great care, modernly furnished, comfortable and hospitable. having meals on the patio allows you to enjoy the splendid panorama both day and night, hard to forget.
the house and its appliances are available to guests, who also have free parking, either in front of the entrance or at the back of the house, also with direct access. The house has a private garden with a lounger for relaxation. the patio equipped with table and chairs in precious wood, overlooking the sea and the Chia Tower. The shared barbeque located in the garden completes the equipment.
The property is on two levels: on the ground floor is the living room with a light-colored equipped kitchen, anteroom and bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double, with a veranda facing the sea, one twin with separate beds and bathroom.
