The house is equipped with air conditioning and is strategically located for discovering the wonderful beaches of the coast.
The veranda, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, is equipped with table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outdoors. There is also a washing machine and an outdoor tub.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a semi-detached house and is equipped with air conditioning in the three main rooms, microwave oven, gas cooker, fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms; the first has a 180 cm double bed and the second has two 0.90 m bunk beds.The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.The bathroom is complete with shower .
The nearest beach, consisting of pebbles mixed with sand, is easily accessible on foot; the other beaches, consisting of sand, can only be reached by car. The nearest supermarket and main services are in the nearby town of Pula, or also in the towns of Villa San Pietro or Sarroch (2.5-5 km).
