Casa Blu is a very nice independent 90sqm villa, with a patio and a garden of about 300sqm. The patio is arranged as an external dining room. The villa consists of a large living room; a kitchenette overlooking the patio; two double bedrooms, in one of which a third bed is provided; two bathrooms, both with shower.
The position of Casa Blu is excellent: 500m from some of the most beautiful beaches of Chia, reachable on foot in about 10 minutes, and 100m from the Piazzetta, where the pharmacy, newsagent, bars and restaurants are located. At 200m Sardissimo, a small supermarket with everything you need.

Wonderful Villa in Chia

We enjoyed the wonderful villa in Chia. Room for 4 of us. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 twin beds - perfect for our kids. The villa has comfortable kitchen and barbecue areas with washer and dry rack. We appreciate Simo and Marialuisa who are great hosts.

Excellent vacations in Chia !!

We spent 3 weeks in this location and everything was perfect ! The house is great for a family of 4 persons and well equipped. It is located at 300 m from a marvellous beach and the surrondings are top. The communication with Simo is smooth and easy and he has been reactive for the whole period when needed. We will come back for sure as Sardegna is a lovely island. Nicolas T.sure

Toller Standort an den Traumstränden von Chia

Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Es ist in den Felsen gebaut und deshalb angenehm kühl, allerdings auch etwas feucht. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit bei unserem Urlaub im Mai lag an manchen Tagen bei 85 Prozent. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Vielen Dank an Simo (Vermieter) und Marieluisa (Service vor Ort) für den super hilfsbereiten Kontakt. Die Abwicklung der Anreise und Abreise lief per WhatsApp reibungslos. Die Traumstrände von Chia und zwei Seen mit unzähligen Flamingos sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Giusta la osservazione di Maike sulla eccessiva umidità durante il suo soggiorno. La casa è rimasta chiusa troppo a lungo questo, inverno, mentre la zona era interessata da piogge incessanti. Grazie della segnalazione, non succederà più

Bellissima ....

Bellissima villa , con uno splendido prato molto curato e tutte le comodità che una famiglia di quattro persone desidera. Un lusso a un prezzo accessibile a tutti. Davvero nessuna sorpresa negativa . La posizione proprio accanto al Chia Laguna consente di usufruirne di alcuni servizi , tra cui gli spettacoli serali e il bar /ristornate . Consigliatissimo .
