Provençal Cottage, 900 m from the Beach

We welcome you to our residence, where you’ll stay in a charming, independent Provençal stone cottage nestled beneath pine trees, offering all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.



Located between Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol, the property is just 900 m from Dorée Beach and the stunning Bay of Bandol, both reachable via a pedestrian path in less than 15 minutes on foot. Completely independent from the main Provençal house occupied by the owners, the rental sits on the lower part of the estate and features a private, fenced 80 m² plot shaded by pines. Built in traditional Provençal style with exposed stone, the cottage has been fully restored for your comfort.



To ensure everyone’s well-being, please respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings. No noisy or party stays are allowed.



You’ll enjoy an outdoor area of about 80 m² under the pines, equipped with garden tables, sun loungers, and an electric plancha (open flames strictly prohibited). Inside, there’s a 40 m² air-conditioned studio, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, and dishwasher, open to a living room of about 30 m², a 5 m² bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, plus a 10 m² bedroom with a very comfortable 160 cm bed. A private parking space is available in front of the cottage.



The upper floor is not accessible and is used by the owner as a garden storage area.
