The "Meeresflüstern" holiday apartment is located on the third floor of the Berolina building and accommodates up to four guests. It features a cozy living-bedroom area with a sofa, TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The apartment includes a separated sleeping area with a double bed (two single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, as well as a separate bedroom with a sleep sofa (140x200 cm) and additional storage space. A fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table with chairs. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, table tennis room (bring your own paddles), and washing machines and dryers available on floors one to four (coin-operated). Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
