The natural beauty and fantastic location of our village offer every opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday - a mixture of ancient Sardinian traditions, the simplicity of the people and the incomparable Sardinian hospitality are constant companions.
The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue.
The flat (equipped with 3 bathrooms: each with washbasin, bidet, shower and WC) is spacious and has a garden and a furnished terrace.
The 6-room flat offered here can accommodate 10 people (= 2 floors: ground floor and fully equipped basement) and consists of 5 double rooms plus living room with sofa bed (type M plus) Our Solevacanze holiday flats are tastefully furnished in Sardinian style and fully equipped to a high standard. They also offer air conditioning, which can provide the necessary freshness in summer and cosy warmth in winter, satellite TV and a washing machine. In keeping with our family's philosophy, the apartments were planned and realised with attention to detail.
Within easy walking distance are 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream parlour, 2 children's playgrounds and of course the local sandy beach, which stretches for almost 15 km to the east. The Residence Solevacanze, like our holiday homes Sa Fiorida, is nestled in a beautiful landscape in the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast near the village of Castelsardo (a small town dating back to the 11th century). Due to its quiet but central location, there are many things to do in addition to relaxing on site.
Enchanting beaches of fine sand, pebbles, shells or rocks, which invite you to swim, as well as numerous excursion destinations in the unspoilt, picturesque countryside, visits to charming and interesting villages and pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and relaxing holiday. 400 m away is one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in northern Sardinia. The main town of Valledoria is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, specialist doctors, supermarkets.....Both in La Ciaccia and in Valledoria all facilities are open all year round. What characterises our service and the location of the accommodation? (1) We offer a professional service in a family atmosphere. We are also available to our guests outside office hours (even at night)! (2) Night check-in possible! (3) Ideal holiday resort for families: quiet location, many open spaces and meadows to play in, little road traffic, short distances to the local sandy beach, numerous sports facilities, ...... (4) A large and cosy reception with many services is on site: WiFi (Internet can also be used outside office hours), satellite TV, tourist information of all kinds, play corner for children, library, table tennis, cricket, badminton, ....) (5) Mini-club for children aged 4-10 (6) Breakfast service: We also offer our guests a breakfast service in our reception. (7) In the area of the Sa Fiorida holiday homes: football pitch, volleyball court and bowls. These can be used by all our guests at any time, free of charge. (8) Only 200-400 metres away is a 15 km long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia - plenty of space to romp and relax (9) Bicycle hire: We hire bicycles to our guests on site (also for children) (10) We also offer numerous cycle tours (including guided tours between 20 and 100 km) for all ages and abilities and hire bicycles. (11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (all year round): sailing school and hire, surfing and diving school, SUP, kite surfing, canoe excursions and hire, boat trips on the Coghinas river (12) The local shops, restaurants, ice cream parlour, bars, bakery, church and playground are all within walking distance. The largest local supermarket is open all year round, even on Sunday mornings. (13) More than 50 km of paths and trails in the immediate vicinity for hiking, walking and cycling (14) Excursions: We also organise excursions on water (on the Coghinas river and on the sea) and land (15) Cookery and language courses: We want to introduce our guests to the typical flavours of Sardinia. For this reason, we offer cookery courses for the little gourmets and language courses for better understanding.
