Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced) trees, natural garden, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 24.Nov.). Children's playground (swing). Motor access to 20 m from the house (via unmade road). Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 150 m. Tennis 50 m. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment.
8-room villa 255 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: large living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden, to the veranda, to the swimming pool. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Alle Zimmer sind nur von aussen zugänglich. In den oberen Zimmern ist Wasser eingelaufen. In allen Zimmern hat es gemüffelt und es war sehr feucht. In das Haus muss viel Arbeit investiert werden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Der Pool war einwandfrei und sehr gross. Ungepflegte Umgebung/Abstellkammer. Sehr nahe zum Strand. Keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten am Strand, alles geschlossen oder Bauruine.

starken Sturm in Valledoria gab, der leider diesen Ausnahmezustand
verursachte. Es werden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, um solche
Unannehmlichkeiten in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback
und wir hoffen, Sie dennoch erneut in einem unserer Ferienhäuser
begrüßen zu dürfen.

Tolles Haus mit schönen Details
Wir haben die Woche in der Villa Sergio genossen. Für zwei Familien gross genug, lustig mit den Einzelzimmer mit je eigenem Zugang. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen und der Weg zum Strand ist auch nicht lang. Leider ist Valledoria nicht grad um die Ecke (15min zu Fuss) und die Strandbars sind um diese Jahreszeit (Okt) leider alle zu - schade! Der Strand ist schön, das Meer oft recht wellig. Wir können die Villa gerne empfehlen!

Skøøøn perle!
9 personer var vi, der nød det skønne hus og de fine omgivelser - pool, hav, tennis, havkajak. Udendørs såvel som indendørs køkken - perfekt! Skønne værelser med alt, hvad vi kunne ønske! Kræver nærmest en lejet bil fra lufthavnen - både på grund af afstanden herfra, samt for at komme rundt på øen og på indkøb. Kan så ganske absolut anbefales!
