Our holiday home is located in Empuriabrava, Spain on the beautiful Costa Brava! It is also known as the Venice of Spain, as it is criss-crossed with many waterways. Not far from Barcelona and Girona, 40 kilometres from the French border on the Mediterranean! 80 km from Girona airport and 120 km from Barcelona, Empuriabrava is characterised by its many beautiful houses, a quiet area and many nice restaurants.

Our house got a new dress in 2023 and now shines again in new splendour. It has 3 bedrooms, a large open kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a large pool (8×4m 110-170cm deep), several large terraces, WLAN, LED smart TV, music system with Bluetooth and a Samsung tablet and is located in a quiet, central location, only a few minutes walk from the beach or boulevard. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired (2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, coffee machine (filter coffee), Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, ceramic hob and microwave), in the bathroom there is also a tumble dryer and a washing machine. All bedrooms, the living room and dining room are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens, and all rooms can be darkened with roller blinds.

The outside area was renovated in 2023, in addition to new plastering and painting, our house has also been fitted with new sun protection. A barbecue area, a large fenced plot with 2 parking spaces, even for large cars, and plenty of space on the pool terrace round off the offer. If you want to enjoy the view in peace, you can make yourself comfortable on our terraces above the roofs of Empuriabrava. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water and 6 new sun loungers await your visit.

WLAN is available throughout the property. German and English speaking property manager on site and available for questions or problems.

Ampuriabrava - the "largest marina on the Mediterranean" - is criss-crossed by 35 kilometres of navigable seawater canals, along which the majority of the private houses and villas are located. Our guests can enjoy kilometres of gently sloping sandy beaches, several mini-golf courses, windsurfing, sailing and diving schools, tennis courts and, just outside, an aqua amusement park with numerous attractions. You can reach historical places such as Rosas with its museum Zitalle, Castello de Ampurias with its historic old town and basilica by bike or on foot with almost no car traffic. Figueras with the Dali Museum is approx. 13 km away. Famous places such as Cadaques, Port Ligat or the marvellous Cap Creus nature reserve (even Barcelona is 160 km away) are only a few hours' drive away. There are numerous shopping facilities in the village (including Lidl and Aldi). Catering and entertainment establishments are available in all categories.
