Beautiful house in Castelló (Empuriabrava) with a 200 m² garden and several parking spaces.
It features a porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, equipped and with garden views. Two bedrooms, an independent bathroom. In the garden, we find the third bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.
Laundry room and storage room.
Very quiet residential area. There is a pitch and putt, mini golf area, and supermarket. 10 minutes from Empuriabrava.
Car recommended for moving around the area.
The apartment is registered in the Tourist Apartments Registry of Roses with number HUTG-062774-67.
The price does NOT include sheets or towels. The client can rent them additionally for 16€/person.
Tourist tax not included. Tax of 1.00 € per day and person for those over 16 years old, with a maximum of 7 days.
The deposit is charged upon arrival by bank card.
Arrival and departure times are flexible (depending on seasons).
