Gute Verwaltung, die gut erreichbar ist und auf kleine Probleme schnell reagiert. Alles etwas beengt durch die Doppelstock-Doppelhaushälfte. Ferienpark ist etwas unübersichtlich und die Nummern schlecht ausgeschildert, insbesondere im Dunkeln.
