Welcome to our charming summer house in North Zealand, near Asserbo and Liseleje, accommodating up to 20 guests. This property is nestled in a secluded spot renowned for its natural beauty, perfect for outdoor walks. While the house offers tranquility, the urban pulse of Copenhagen, with its shops, restaurants, and sights, is also within reach.The house boasts a mini water park with a 20 m2 pool, water slide, counter-current system, Roman steps, a whirlpool, and a sauna. An activity room offers billiards, table tennis, air hockey, table football, and darts, along with a TV and PlayStation 4 area (bring your own games).The open-plan living area features a large kitchen, a dining table for all guests, and a cosy sofa corner with a TV and a wood-burning stove. The house has eight double bedrooms, including one with a 220 cm bed, spread across two areas, each with a bathroom, and additional loft space for four. There are three bathrooms in total.Outside, the garden offers a trampoline, sandbox, swing, and football nets. A partially covered terrace is perfect for barbecuing and relaxing on summer evenings. The longest mountain biking trail on Zealand, a 28 km route around Tisvilde Hegn, is just 500 meters away.Please note, fryers are not allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 22:00 in this summer home area. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
