Built by Skanlux, the property features a 20m2 pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, and a water slide for unlimited fun. The house also boasts a large activity room equipped with billiards, PlayStation 4, table tennis, darts, and table football, along with a bar and fridge. A cozy TV area and a spacious kitchen/dining space with two cookers and dishwashers ensure comfort and convenience. The accommodation includes nine double bedrooms and two lofts, suitable for children, with a total of four bathrooms. Outdoor amenities include a partially covered terrace with a barbecue, a swing set, and a sandbox for children. Despite its tranquil location, the bustling city of Copenhagen, with its numerous shops and attractions, is just a 45-minute drive away. Please note, to maintain the serenity of the summer home area, noise should be minimized after 22:00 every day. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
