The living area also includes a comfortable sofa area with a TV and views of the pool. The house offers three separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, and additional sleeping space in the loft. The living room opens onto a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. For children, there\'s a sandbox and a swing. Please note that the house is in a summer home area where noise should be minimized after 22:00 every day.
