La Ferme de la Baconnerie consists of four independent character houses with private gardens, all rated 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, plus a reception hall. The property is located 20 km from the D-Day beaches.



La Charreterie is set in the heart of a small Bessin village. This large, restored stone house offers 5 bedrooms, a private enclosed garden, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a secure private play area.



Final cleaning and bed linen are included. Water charges are included. Electricity charges are included from 15/05 to 15/10; outside these dates, a supplement applies. Bath towels are available for an extra fee. Heating is provided by electric convectors.



The 3,500 m² estate also offers a reception hall and three other independent accommodations for 9 to 14 guests each. In total, the gîtes can accommodate 44 people.



DETAILED DESCRIPTION of LA CHARETTERIE:

• Ground floor: Entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and armchairs, shower room with WC. One double bedroom (140 cm bed), accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

• First floor: 3 bedrooms—one double (140 cm bed), two with two single beds (90 cm each), shower room with WC.

• Attic: One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), accessible via a first-floor bedroom.
