Our holiday rental for up to 6 people at Colmarer Straße 12 (1st floor) is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday that’s both relaxing and active., Whether you’re travelling as a family or want to discover the tranquil beauty of the Pfaffenwinkel as a hiker or cyclist—you’ll feel right at home here from the very first moment.

Arrive, take a deep breath, feel at ease
The apartment was freshly renovated in 2025 and combines modern comfort with a cosy atmosphere. A tiled stove provides cosy warmth on cooler days, while the TV rounds out relaxing evenings. In total, you’ll have two separate bedrooms as well as an additional living-bedroom—ideal for families or couples travelling together.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing regional dishes. In the bathroom with a bathtub, you can relax wonderfully after an active day.

Enjoy the outdoors
A real highlight is the adjoining terrace, equipped with patio furniture and a grill. Here, you can start your day with breakfast or wind it down with a cosy barbecue in the evening. A parking space on the property is usually available as a matter of course. A parking space on the property can be provided upon request.

The apartment is located near the outskirts of town—quiet yet ideally connected. Just 500 metres away is the Schongauer Lido recreational area, one of the region’s most beautiful places to unwind.
