The house is in the most central location of the city: from here you can reach both the historic city center with all its sights, where history, nature and culture merge to create an incomparable experience, and also the beach of Porto San Giorgio, which is only 8 km away.
As soon as you enter the small alley that leads to this house, you can feel the fascinating atmosphere of bygone times - a touch of Italian history and culture is in the air.
There is a lovingly restored brick house here, which is part of the old building structure of Fermo. It has been modernized over the years without losing its original character. Many historical features have been carefully preserved to combine authenticity with modern comfort.
