And 'the typical fisherman's house, on two floors: kitchen (with sofa bed) and closet on the ground floor; bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
E 'small but very cozy and romantic, it has suffered the feeling of being at home, with all the independence that goes with it.
Usually there is possibility of parking house forward, which allows you to leave the car and move around on foot, in fact, the beauty of this house is to be close to all that you imagine it can serve: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops , train station, banks and the two beaches, sand or rocks.
The sea is just a short stroll of 3 minutes and you'll be immediately caught the embarrassment of having to choose between the various Establishments variously equipped Bathing.
Among other things, Civitanova Marche, is a small town that has a lot of initiative as to organization of events and is second to no other Marche coastal resort.
Music performances and free cabaret in the square; markets on the waterfront; Summer Carnival; fairs.
Not to mention the numerous trendy bars every night offer different themed shows and various aperitifs.
It is also the privileged position that has Civitanova than inland towns.
It is located just off the motorway and expressway, convenient to take to do a walking holiday and get to know our beautiful Marche.

Nice, clean, comfortable house for 2 persons

I think it is ideal place which is very comfortable and have everything required for live. Wi-Fi internet was very good, I was able to work from home. House is very stylish and absolutely clean. Very pleasant was to have some food already prepared by Manola for breakfast (I arrived at might and this was very nice to know that I don't need to think about finding food) House is situated in the city center. It is 2 minutes to main square where on Saturdays you can visit market. It is around 10 minutes walk distance to beaches (there are there with sand and with pebble). I spent wonderful 12 days in this house and will come back with pleasant!

PERFECTA CASA

Grazie per l'accoglienza, tutto perfetto, per 2 persone , 5 minuti si arriva alla stazione e quindi vicino a bar, restaurante, spiaggia . . Tutto come da foto, ottima pulizia. Condizionatori per l'estate e molto riscaldata per l'inverno. Connessione internet veloce.Grazie per tutto.Faro prima possibile per tornare .

Excellent propreté, très bonne position

Ma famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) a passé de très belles vacances cette été dans cette petite et très typique maisonnette de l'ancien quartier des pêcheurs. Sa position optimale entre les services "modernes" de la ville (shopping, supermarché, poste, banque, petits marché typiques, restaurants et concerts dans la rue - la chanteuse Irene Grandi par exemple ) et la longue et belle plage de sable fine avec plein de jeux pour les enfants nous ont permis de satisfaire les exigences de toute la famille. La petite maisonnette bleu est pleine de charme, très accueillante, avec tous les services dont on a besoin pendant le séjour, même un grand parasoleil et très confortable transat de plage (qui roule sur ses petits roues). La maison est propre et très bien entretenue avec beaucoup de soin dans tous les petits détails qui font la grande différence. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et nous a donné de très bons conseils. On a passé une excellente période de vacance et on recommande fortement cette location.

I have a Spanish name, Manola, even though I am very Italian. My father lived in Venezuela for over 15 years. When he returned to Italy, he mixed Italian and Spanish words, and that his not being completely Italian impressed on me the desire to feel part of the world.
I travel all the time! Well, in short, not always physically! :-) ... sometimes reading a book, sometimes seeing a documentary, sometimes listening to the experiences of other travelers and sometimes knowing directly "my" tourists who come to visit my city.
The world is too beautiful to know only a small part of it!

Its location is perfect for visiting the city of Civtanova on foot, but also to get to know the Marche region.
