- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed), wardrobe, closet, pillows, duvets, blankets
- Living area: fully equipped open kitchen with sink, water heater, 4-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster
- Lounge: table, 4 chairs, bench, heating off-season, TV
- Bathroom: shower room with sink and shower, separate toilet
