This holiday home with its own swimming pool was built in 2022 and is located in a quiet residential area on the famous Love Trail in Crikvenica. From the entrance area on the ground floor, you enter the living room with kitchen and dining area, which is fully equipped. There is a bathroom at the rear. An internal staircase leads to the first floor. The first bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together if required. This room offers a beautiful view of the sea. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. This room also offers a beautiful view of the sea. The third bedroom has a double bed, its own bathroom and also a sea view. The third bathroom of this house is also located on the first floor. The outdoor area has a partially covered terrace with a pleasant, air-permeable square terrace cover, which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for spending pleasant, cosy hours with your loved ones. The high-quality Weber gas barbecue is perfect for this. Next to the swimming pool, there are three sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area and car park are monitored by CCTV. The house has two private parking spaces on the property. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.
