Perfect stay in Biarritz.

Madame Aguirre was the consummate hostess. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful. As an American traveling abroad for the first time, it is quite a nerve wrecking experience albeit exciting to make arrangements in unknown places where one does not speak the language. Lucky for me Madame Aguirre is fluent in Spanish and being as it is my native tongue, communication was easy. My boyfriend and I stayed in this adorable little place for a few days on my first trip to Biarritz. We were greeted at the SNCF station by her and she was very kind she even drove us to a bank to be able to change our US dollars into Euros. She was very maternal and pleasant. The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is located in a building were I believe many retired persons live but it was quite and safe and just what we needed. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy and bakery and just a couple of blocks from lots of shopping and eating. We spent New Years at the Hotel Du Palais where we were engaged and were able to walk there from the apartment. It is also within walking distance of the Casino. It is very much the perfect location to stay if your are going to be in Biarritz. Biarritz is such a charming place and so is Madame Aguirre. Gracias por todo!

Très bon rapport qualité prix : studio très bien équipé à seulement 10min à pied du centre-ville et de la plage. Une propriétaire très à l’écoute et très disponible, qui nous a parfaitement accueillis.

Location très bien située dans biarritz mais points négatifs pas de place de parking privé pour la voiture tout est payant et difficile en pleine saison appartement rez-de-chaussée côté rue Bruyant et mal insonorisé, propriétaire très agréable et au petit soin

A Biarritz la location avec parking est très rare, ou pas à ce prix dans la plus haute saison. L'appartement est très bien insonorisé, avec un double vitrage et vitrage spécial banque. Lætitia est une locataire très propre et agréable. Je la recommande.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Madame Socorro est quelqu'n très gentil, accueillante et aimable. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, prope, très bien placé, centre ville et plages a quelques minutes a pied. Arrêt bus just a côté de l'immeuble (BAB). J'aime bien séjourner a Biarritz et chez Mme Socorro ça a été nickel. Je recommande vivement.

Vacances entre filles !

Appartement à 5 min à pieds de la Grande plage, résidence calme, appartement très bien équipé et on trouve tout à proximité ! Je vous le recommande, entre amis ou en couple. Nous avons été très bien accueillit par la propriétaire, gentille et attentionnée. A relouer sans hésitation ! Superbe semaine à Biarritz.

Sejour à deux pas de la mer

Studio à 5 minutes de la grande plage de biarritz, donc pas besoin de voiture. Le studio est parfaitement équipé. Parfait pour découvrir la ville et profiter de la mer! L'accueil de la proprietaire a été chaleureux, elle est tres disponible pour les vacanciers.

Stayed all summer

I highly recommend this apartment for anyone from couples/young families to small groups of young people. We were two surfers who stayed all summer and had a great time. The apartment itself is modern, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. A big plus for us on such a long stay was the kitchen's modern appliances and abundant utensils, which made cooking at home a pleasure. The owner of the apartment is incredibly friendly and helpful. She really took care of us with lots of great local tips and recommendations about everything that was happening in and around Biarritz. We didn't have a car, so the apartment's central location was perfect as you're only ever a couple of minutes walk from anything you need including beaches, food, cafes and nightlife.

Fantastic apartment- Highly recommended

This apartment is top quality and in a great location for all beaches and the town center. It is small but very well designed to accommodate people and has every utility you could possibly need. It is also very clean and although it is located on a main street it is sound proofed to keep the noise levels down. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and was easy to deal with when organising bookings, she also provided lots of information about the area in the apartment and made sure she would be contactable throughout my stay if there were any issues. I highly recommend this fantastic apartment, have and would recommend it to friends and would love to return to the area and stay there again.

Stay in Biarritz

We stayed here for a week and had a very enjoyable stay. Madamme Aguirre and her friend were extremely helpful and amiable and I would highly recommend this apartment. As a studio flat it never felt cramped and it was perfect for us. It is in the city centre but it is not noisy at all yet close enough to all the restaurants and the beach. Thank you for letting us stay!

une semaine très satisfaisante...

J ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet appartement ou il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire pour y être bien. Le point très positif c est qu il est très bien situé près de tout , commerces, centre ville, plage, bus etc... Je le recommande fortement aux couples, entre filles , entre garçons ou bien même seule comme cela a été mon cas en Août 2011. J aimerai également remercier la propriètaire qui a été d une gentillesse exemplaire... Je relouerai ce studio quand je reviendrai à Biarritz
