Klein aber fein in Top-Lage! Empfehlenswert!

Hanna´s Strandhaus, Strandstraße 144 d, 1. OG, Fenster nach Süden, Schlafzimmer nach Osten. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen in Niendorf! Zum Strand, zur Promenade und zum Bäcker sind es gerade mal 50 m, zum großen und sehr gut sortierten Edeka sind es nur 100 m, Essen gehen kann man entlang der Promenade überall. Die Wohnung ist klein aber für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Gemütliches Zweier-Sofa, bequemes Bett mit mittelharten Matratzen (wir schlafen zuhause auf weichen Matratzen, konnten aber auf diesen Matratzen sehr gut schlafen). Vor dem Schlafzimmer-Fenster hängt sogar ein Fliegengitter! Ein Segen, bei warmen Temperaturen! Trotz der Lage, direkt in der Kurve der Strandstraße ist es nachts echt ruhig und man kann super bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne kleine Küchenzeile, mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück (eingezäunt und sicher). Nebenan ist ein alter, uriger Bauernhof, den man vom Fenster der Wohnung gut überblicken kann. Es ist wie ein Wimmel-Buch, es gibt viel zu entdecken :-) Das Haus hat die Hausnummer 144, die Buchstaben a - d bezeichnen die Wohnungen im Haus und sind von außen nicht zu sehen. Wer also nach Nr. 144 d sucht, draußen am Haus nur die 144 finden. Die Schlüssel gibt es in der Touristen-Information (100 m westwärts die Promenade entlang). Wir hatten vergessen ein Wäschepaket (Handtücher und Bettwäsche) mit zu buchen. Aber das war kein Problem, da der Vermieter unten mit ihm Haus wohnt und uns sofort die Sachen rausgegeben hat. Preis pro Person und Tag: 4,50€ für Bettwäsche, Hand- und Küchentücher. 36 € für vier Tage fanden wir dann doch etwas teuer. Aber sie waren tip top sauber, heile und von guter Qualität. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Fischbrötchen am Hafen bei „Hauswalds Fisch-Bar“ – die weltbesten Fischbrötchen, die wir je gegessen haben! Und Essen waren wir mehrfach bei Johannsens, gleich um die Ecke der Wohnung. Sehr leckeres Essen, alles frisch und sehr freundliche Bedienung! Also wenn wir wieder nach Niendorf fahren, dann werden wir versuchen, diese Wohnung erneut zu bekommen.
