The apartment is located on the third floor of the Olympiahafen residential complex and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Even during peak season, you’ll find plenty of peace and relaxation here—even though you’re just a few steps away from the harbour, the beach promenade, or the beach itself. With 32 square metres of space, the apartment can accommodate up to two people.
The one-room apartment is warmly furnished. Upon entering, you’ll first step into a small entryway with space to store your luggage. From here, you can access the fully equipped bathroom, as well as the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The apartment can be darkened with curtains if needed. A double bed (sleeping area: 160 x 200 cm) is available for your stay. In addition to a sideboard that offers ample storage space and an armchair, this apartment also features a small flat-screen TV.
The open kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for daily use: From the coffee maker to the ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, and refrigerator, right down to the electric kettle and plenty of dishes and glasses—you’ll have everything you need. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the dining area with a table and two chairs.
The 6-square-meter balcony, accessible from the living area, is furnished with garden chairs, a table, and an awning. Enjoy the soothing view of the greenery and, thanks to the southwest-facing orientation, the sun on the balcony well into the evening hours!
