City of Schwerin visitor’s tax/lodging tax (7%):
The City of Schwerin levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 7% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests in the city of Schwerin are not issued a visitor’s card.

Welcome to your modern and charming “Hygge” holiday rental, right in the historic centre of Schwerin! The apartment sleeps 4, is located on the mezzanine level, and is ideal for couples or city break enthusiasts who appreciate both comfort and a central location.

Perfect location in the Old Town
The holiday apartment is located right in the centre, just a few steps away from the city’s most beautiful sights: the fairytale-like Schwerin Palace, the magnificent State Theatre, the Palace Gardens, Pfaffenteich Lake, and numerous charming Old Town alleys lined with cafés, restaurants, and boutiques are all in the immediate vicinity. The Schlosspark-Center, one of the city’s most popular shopping centers, is also just around the corner.

Modern, cosy, and fully equipped
This bright and cheerfully furnished 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level has been modernised with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay:

- Separate bedroom with a high-quality king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a chaise longue, and a clothes rack

- Living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), flat-screen TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, French press, and much more
- Modern bathroom with a bathtub (with shower function) and toilet, including a washing machine with dryer function
- Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge
- Upon prior request before arrival, we are happy to provide a wooden cot (the cot is provided (!) without a blanket or pillow; the mattress and sheets are included with the cot) and a wooden high chair
- For your four-legged friend, we’ll provide a dog bed and two bowls upon prior request before your arrival


Private parking
- Private parking at Wittenburger Str. 31, about a 5-minute walk away, in the courtyard, with a remote control (The remote control is located in the apartment by the coat rack)
- No bicycle storage available
