We offer you a modern, comfortable ground-floor apartment with a maritime flair, located near the beach in a small holiday complex.
This bright, modern, non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to four people (two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds). It is suitable for people with allergies. The ground-floor apartment is also suitable for older adults and people with mobility impairments.
Amenities include satellite TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms, a stereo system, a dishwasher, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and a parking space next to the house. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi included.
The south-west-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair, invites you to relax.
A cot and high chair are included upon request.
In the basement of the house, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for shared use. You can also store your bicycles here. The beach is about 500 m away, and the indoor tennis facility with outdoor courts is also just a few minutes’ walk away. The bakery is a 2-minute walk away, and the golf course is just under 2 km away.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung.Die Lage ist in direkter Strandnähe.Die Wohnung selber modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.Man sieht die ein oder anderen Gebrauchsspuren an Decken und Wänden müsste also evtl. mal wieder durchgestrichen werden.Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und sogar vor angekündigter Zeit bezugsfertig.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine fabelhafte Wohnung

Ich bin mit Freunden gereist und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Wohnung. Es war alles sehr sauber, neu und gemütlich eingerichtet und zweckmäßig wurde an Kleinigkeiten gedacht. Der Pool hat sogar eine Gegenstromanlage zum Trainieren und die Sauna kann man nach Belieben selbst ein und ausschalten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch am Strand und fußläufig zur Innenstadt gelegen. Sehr leichte Kommunikation auch mit der Agentur. Sehr zu empfehlen!
