Comfortable and cozy house, 240 m2 of area built on 450 m2 of land in prime area near the beach and downtown. 5 bedrooms (4 suites), 4 varandões with network anchor points, air conditioning, pool, barbecue, freezer, refrigerator, etc and parking for 4 cars in a row. In the living room sofa in L, corner lamp, table for 4, ceiling fan and TV. It is the renter's responsibility to safety in the use of the pool. The pool is tiled across and fiberglass NO. Ótima estrutura
Estivemos no Carnaval de 2015. Casa bem estruturada, com ampla área externa, contendo piscina e churrasqueira. Bairro muito tranquilo e seguro. O proprietário, Jorge, foi muito prestativo desde a reserva do imóvel até a chegada. Nos orientou de todo o funcionamento da casa. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente!!

Excelente casa em Saquarema
Excelente opção de estadia em Saquarema. Boa localização, vizinhança tranquila. A casa é exatamente como descrita no anuncia, muito confortável com tudo funcionando. Piscina limpa. O proprietário é muito transparente, cumprindo todo o combinado. Recomendo.

òtima opção para seu lazer e descanso
Eu e minha familia passamos dias maravilhosos neste imóvel. Tudo que se vê nas fotos realmente é verdade. A casa oferece mt conforto, é belíssima e pode proporcionar férias mt prazeirosas para quem está a fim de curtir e também descansar na maravilhosa Saquarema. Comércio próximo, vizinha mt tranquila e o caseiro muito gentil e prestativo, sem contar com o proprietário que é sempre mt gentil e transparente desde as negociações até o momento em que nos despedimos do imóvel. Maravilha, nota1000 !!!!
