The Waterkant #3 holiday rental is located on the ground floor and, with 2 bedrooms spread over 80 square metres, offers plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday near the beach. You’ll find an extremely spacious living area with an XL sofa, a dining area with plenty of room for shared meals, and an open-concept kitchen, well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The terrace with a small garden extends across the entire width of the living area. The outdoor area is fenced in but open to the neighbouring apartment. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, a reading chair, and a TV. The small bedroom features a double bed (140x200) and a TV. In the hallway, there is a closet with ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The bedroom windows are fitted with blackout pleated blinds. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and towel warmer. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment. A lockable bike storage room is available for shared use, as are the washing machine and dryer, which are located in the separate laundry room.
