About this property

Spacious, newly remodeled condo. High End finish w/2 patios. Ocean views/access

This condo has been completely renovated/remodeled with hardwoods, granite, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, bathroom renovation, and custom woodwork, to make this the perfect family getaway or gathering spot for multiple families.
There is one King BR with attached Bath and a Queen in the second BR. The Sofa in the living area pulls out to a Queen and the double chair pulls out to a twin. Two full bathrooms one in master and one off the hall.
The home is fully equipped with anything from bakeware to beach toys/floats/skimboards. There is also a great room patio overlooking private pool.
Situated right beside the North End Fishing Pier, the beach is a simple, safe(esp for kids/dogs), 2 minute walk through Pier parking area. Luxury Linens, wash/dryer in unit, reserved parking for 1, guest parking for 1. Parking is under the building and behind the building it is extremely narrow and you need to be careful not to scrape your car on the pilings or fence. Denali's SUV's and Ford Explorers have parked but it is tight.

Yes parking under the units and behind the condo are tough if you have a big car. There is guest parking near the pool and along the hedges that isn’t as tight.

Perfect location

Perfect location for a low key family vacation. This condo is convenient to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Which has cute shops and plenty of fun for the kiddos, and who could forget Britts Donuts! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot

We go to Carolina Beach often and as a family we agree this has been our favorite place. There was plenty of space, the balconies were a great place to have coffee and gather for family time. It’s close to the beach and the pool was great! The kitchen was well equipped, and all was correct in comparison to the listing amenities. We highly recommend this place, we had a great family vacation here.

Summer Vacation

We loved staying here! The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare light meals. The location was great, too! Just a few steps to the beach-we left our chairs and umbrella out while we went back to the condo for lunch. And it was close to lots of restaurants! A great condo all around!

My family has rented several condos in the Island North complex and this is the best one by far! The condo is spacious and clean...something we were concerned about during the pandemic. The kitchen is fabulous and stocked with everything you will need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Whether you're on a family vacation, girls getaway or couples' excursion, this is a great place to rent/stay!

Laid Back Vibe

We loved this property, especially the location. The north end of the island has such a laid back “hippie” vibe, and the locals are so nice. The pier is a fun hang out spot; even the teens liked it! The property owner was very pleasant and great to work with. Will hopefully return. 🏝️

Property was lacking never was able to get the cable to work in setting room. Internet is difficult to get signed into, and parking is over all terrible, but still was enjoyable. Nice condo and location.

Nice place a short walk to the beach

The location is great for beach lovers with only a very short walk to the shore. Parking is a nightmare with very, very tight spaces. It was doable, but not enjoyable to park our minivan. There are really only two bedrooms since two of the beds are pull out sofas. Communication wasn't what we are used to from other VRBO experiences, but we figured it out.

Yes, parking is tight under the unit and in the parking lot behind the units however, there are guest spots in front of the pool that are obstructed as well as in front of the hedges. The parking situation is completely disclosed in the description of the rental. I’m not sure what the reference to communications is about. I never received any telephone calls or emails from this Guest we are very responsive to any questions or concerns our guest have.

Enjoyable Stay

Clean and spacious property, close to the beach with an easy check in. Loved having two decks to enjoy! We loved the pool also. We had a small issue check in day and the host was quick to respond and offer resolution for us. Very pleased with the communication. The water has an odor here for some reason. Luckily we had brought a lot of water with us. There is also construction right in front of condo. Overall very pleased with the property and enjoyed our time there.

Carolina Beach Trip

Location of the property is great! Close access to the beach and some light entertainment. Cleanliness is important though, and that was the main issue for our group. The common areas such as the parking area and stairwell were very dirty and full of cobwebs and debris. I know, this complaint is not for this particular host and it really for condo association. It's about appearance and how welcoming things are for people to come back to or even recommend.

The owner was very nice, the inside was clean but a couple dirty nasty things. Some Dirty dishes, dirty sponge smelled of mold to wash dishes with , barely any towels, nasty dirty rug in living room, noisy neighbors, dirty green pool, no showers outside work, the stairs coming into the building are nasty, the shower in the hallway didn’t work and there was a leak coming from upstairs. There was also crumbs on the comforter in a room. Barely any trash bags or soap either.

I am a mother of two amazing adult girls and the grandmother of the most perfect little girls. I care very deeply for those around me and I'm not happy unless everyone around me is happy. This beach property is my dream! I love the water and the beach. The only way I can afford to own it is by sharing the property and the expenses with others. I hope you enjoy and love this home as much as I do and find true value in renting this property. Enjoy your stay and make some memories!

Why they chose this property

This is one of the best locations on the island. It is close enough to everything and yet far enough away that you can enjoy your privacy. The master has an amazing patio overlooking the intracoastal marsh featuring AMAZING sunsets and on the other end of the unit, the spacious great room patio has partial ocean views and overlooks the private pool.
Since renovated/remodeled, the condo has a beach lodge, natural organic motif and boasts flat panel TVs throughout. Unit has WIFI and cable.

What makes this property unique

Being on the northern end of pleasure island, this unit has access to fishing , Freeman Park (camping and firepit sites on unpopulated inlet) You are on the edge of the Earth but can drive 5 minutes down to the hustle and bustle of the Winner Marina anytime you want.
